Self-Leveling Epoxy Paint is the final coating layer, it can improve the floor's technical performance of wear-resistance,anti-slip,etc,and also specify the different areas via different colors according to design.Self-Leveling epoxy,what's more,provides a mirror-like finish.

Material :  

  CP-5000A(Paint) &CP-5000B (Hardener) Self-Leveling Epoxy Paint;

Tool:  Teeth Spatula, Electrical Mixer

Process:

1)Open the tins of CP-5000A Paint and CP-5000B Hardener,mix them based on correct ratio A: B=5:1 by weight,stir 2~3 minutes by electrical mixer;

2)Pour the mixture on the floor, start to apply it with teeth spatula to cover &fill the whole floor. Corners,edges can be painted by brush. 

4)Finish the mixture within its pot life 30 mintues, and make sure the color is even,smooth, and no color difference or flooding.

5)Maintain the floor for 28 hours before people can walk, 7 days before vehicle runs.

Key Notes:

1),The consumption of Part A and Part B is 0.8~1 kg /sqm;

2),You can do it one coat at one time,which is enough for final layer; 

3),Before massive application, trial test is recommended,because you need to get familiar with the epoxy features.

4),Epoxy thinner is not a necessity in topcoat paint

5),Before application, check the floor if every inch is dry and clean,free of dust,oil,grease,damage,etc.

6),Be sure to wash the tools with epoxy thinner after work everyday.

7),Every worker at site should be wear clean clothes,shoes,shoe covers if available, don't bring in any particles,dirts to the floor.

Coating Layers:
1 layer of Self-leveling epoxy paint is perfect.

Inspection:
The paint on floor must be dry,even film without bubble, crack,trace. 
It should not be sticky to foot,wheels,tools. 
The colors must be the same and consistent.
