Tool:  Short Hair Roller,Other Roller, Expansion Sticker.Brush, Electrical Mixer

Process:

1)Open the tins of Topcoat Paint and Hardener,mix them based on correct ratio (i.e. A: B=5:1) by weight,stir for about 2 minutes by electrical mixer;

2)Pour the mixture on the floor, start to apply it with short hair roller to cover &fill the whole floor. Corners,edges can be painted by brush. 

4)Finish the mixture within its pot life 30 mintues, and make sure the color is even,smooth, and no color difference or flooding.

5)Maintain the floor for about 2 days before people walk, 7 days before heavy vehicle runs.

Key Notes:

1),The consumption of Part A and Part B is 0.1~0.3 kg /sqm,depending on floor condition & designed solution;

2),You can do it one coat at one time,which is enough for final layer; 

3),Before massive application, trial test is recommended,because you need to get familiar with the epoxy features.

4),Epoxy thinner is not a necessity in topcoat paint, but it can be added to dilute the mixture for a better feeling of application,generally 1%~5% by weight would be ok.

5),Before application, check the putty floor if every inch is dry and clean,free of dust,oil,grease,damage,etc.

6),Be sure to wash the tools with epoxy thinner after work everyday.

Coating Layers:
Generally one layer is enough. If there are flaws after the first layer, it's ok to apply the second layer.

Inspection:
The epoxy surface on floor must be dry,flat,sound,hard without bubble, crack or hole.
It should not be sticky to hand or tool.
All the floor surface must be covered without any leak.
