CP-6000 is a type of two-component clear epoxy floor paint. With the combination of colored quartz sand, you can achieve a bright & colorful surface with different patterns. The coating is hard and wear-resistant. It is mainly used for the floor of shopping mall, hotel, café, restaurant, office building etc.

Where to Use:

Requirements for the base:

1. Concrete strength≥C25; Concrete moisture concten <4%

2. Flatness: the maximum altitude difference＜3mm (measure with 2M running rule)

3. Press polish of the concrete surface with cement mortar is recommended.

4. Water & damp proof treatment is suggested before application of leveling layer of the concrete.

Recommended Coating SystemConsumption:

1st Coat: Epoxy Primer (Model:CP-30): 0.15kg/sqm

2nd Coat:  Scatter Quartz Sand: 0.2~0.3 kg/sqm

3rd Coat: Undercoat Epoxy (CP-6000): 0.75 kg + Colored Sand 4.5~6 kg by pressing machine
4th Coat: Topcoat Epoxy (CP-6000): 0.55 kg/sqm.
