CP-7000 is a kind of solvent-free two-component static conductive self-leveling epoxy paint. It can achieve a smooth and beautiful surface which is dust-resistant, anti-corrosion and easy to clean. It can also avoid damage of electronic components and fire due to accumulation of static. Suitable for areas of such industries where anti-static is necessary as electronics, telecommunication, printing, precise machinery, powder, chemical, ordnance, space and engine room.

Especially for workshop and storage areas of electronic instruments and integrated circuit which are highly sensitive to static.

Requirements for the base:

1. Concrete strength≥C25; Concrete moisture concten <4%

2. Flatness: the maximum altitude difference＜3mm (measure with 2M running rule)

3. Press polish of the concrete surface with cement mortar is recommended.

4. Water & damp proof treatment is suggested before application of leveling layer of the concrete.

Recommended Coating SystemConsumption:

1st Coat: Epoxy Primer (Model:CP-30): 0.15kg/sqm

2nd Coat: Epoxy Undercoat (CP-30): 0.4kg/sqm   + Quartz Powder: 0.2kg/sqm

3rd Coat: Lay Static Conductive Copper Foil in Cross by every 6 meters;
4th Coat: Anti-Static Undercoat Epoxy (CFM A&B)
5th Coat: Static Conductive Epoxy Primer  (CP11)
6th Coat: Self-leveling epoxy paint topcoat (CP-7000)
