Description:
CP-M is a kind of Solvent-Free two-Component Epoxy Mid-Coat, mixed with Quartz Sand or Quartz Powder for Mid-Layer, Repairing gaps,holes,joints,etc. It is usually produced in same color as topcoat to help save topcoat consumption,prolong the service life, more convenient for repair and renovation.
Advantages:

2. High strength to improve the floor’s strength and flatness,suitable for heavy duty floors.
3.Fast Curing time: 4 hours dry for grinding (25℃);Recoat after 12 hours;
4.Same color as topcoat. relieve the color difference of floor caused by topcoat’s wearing in daily use;maintain the color stable on the floor in longer time. Only need to refresh the topcoat for renovation.
5. Available for thick coating 1-3mm at one time.

Application Procedure:
1. Mid-Coat: Prepare a barrel, pour CP-MA and CP-MB in it based on 5:1. Stir the mixture well and then add sand or powder at certain ratio,then stir again for 2-3 minutes, apply it with trowel.The reference consumption is 0.3~1 kg/㎡.The main purpose of Mid-Coat is to improve the heavy-duty performance,smooth floor,etc.. A second coat may be applied depending on the designed thickness of whole coating. The recoat time is about 8~12 hours.
Inspection standard for the primer: Non-sticky to hand; no foot print while walking.
