Inspection & Acceptance Standard after Epoxy Installation

Some inspection standards after epoxy installation for reference:

1,Under temperature of 25℃, the paint should be hard dry,namely the hardness achieves at least 80% of that of complete curing.

2,The paint surface should not be sticky or tacky.

3,no bubble for standard epoxy system; one bubble allowed in 10m2 for self-leveling epoxy.

4,Good leveling property, no trace of trowel,and joints areas are smooth;

5,no color floating on surface, the color is even and large connection area has extremely slight color shading.

6,no big &obvious foreign matters,but it’s allowed to have tiny flaw caused by dust from air

7,The floor surface must be flat and smooth,and gloss must meet the design requirements.

8,If the design effect is orange peel,anti-slip screed, it must be obvious and visible by vision.
