3. Clear Epoxy Primer.

It is made up of CP-30A and CP-30B.Mix these two components together based on A:B= 1:1 by weight and then apply with roller or flat spatula. The consumption quantity is 0.15kg/sqm. One coat is enough. After application, wait for 8 hours and then continue the next procedure.
                  

4. Epoxy Undercoat.

It is made up of CP-MA (similar color to topcoat) and CP-MB. Mix these two components based on A: B=5:1 by weight and then add quartz powder (40%~50% of the mixture of A and B) into the mixture, stir it well and apply with flat spatula.The consumption quantity of A and B is 0.5kg /sqm. Quartz powder is 0.2~0.25kg/sqm .You can do it one coat at one time or two coats at two times. In the second case, the application interval is about 8 hours at 25 degrees. One person is required to handle the painting of corners and edges.

5.Sand /Grind the Undercoat layer,then clean the floor (Small machine for sanding corner and edges)

                    

6.Self-Leveling Epoxy Topcoat.

It is made up of CP-5000A and CP-5000B. Mix these two components together based on A:B=5:1 and then apply it with Teeth Spatula. Don’t mix the paint too much, 5kg-10kg each time will be better. The consumption quantity is 0.8~1 kg/sqm. 
                  

7. During the whole application, the room should be well-ventilated. Especially the application of the primer, because it is solvent-based.

8.Maintenance: 7-15 days. Don’t use or wash with water and other chemicals.
