Application instruction:

1.    Surface preparation：Surfaces should be smooth, clean, dry and free from loose particles, oil, grease, and all other contaminants. Sand the concrete floor and repair flaw area to achieve flat surface.

2.    Primer: Mix CP-30 A and CP-30B based on 1:1 and the reference consumption is 0.12-0.15kg/㎡.The main purpose of this primer is to seal the substrate completely and avoid air-bubbles in the coat. The paint should be stirred thoroughly after mix, then apply the mixture directly with roller. After application, wait for 8 hours and then continue the next step.

Inspection standard: even film with certain brightness.

3.    Putty layer: clean the dust. Mix CP-M A and CP-M B according to 5:1 and the consumption is about 0.5 kg/m2,then add appropriate quartz powder at 0.3 kg/m2, stir the mixture well and then apply directly with spatula. Wait for 8~12 hours to continue the next process.

  Inspection standards for the putty: Non-sticky to hand, no softening, no nail print when scratch the surface.

4.    Finish: Sand the putty layer with sanding machine and then clean the dust. Mix CP-ETA and CP-ETB based on 5:1. Stir well the mixture for about 2 minutes, spread it with roller and then achieve the wrinkly pattern as finish.The consumption is about 0.4~0.5 kg/m2.

5.    Maintenance: 5-7 days. Don’t use or wash with water and other chemicals.

Clean up:

Clean tools and equipments first with paper towels, then clean them with solvent before the resin hardens.
