Application instructions:

1.    Surface preparation：Correct substrate preparation is critical for optimum performance. The surface should be sound, clean, and free from loose particles, oil, grease, and all other contaminants. Besides, the moisture content of the floor should be lower than 15%.

2.    Primer: Mix CP-31A and CP-31B based on A:B=1:4 by weight, the reference consumption is 0.25kg/㎡. Depending on the porousness of the substrate, a second layer may be required. The paint should be stirred evenly according to the mixing ratio, then apply directly. The recoat time is 24 hours (25℃).

Inspection standard: even film with certain brightness and not sticky when you touch it.

3.    Undercoat: Mix CP-31 A and CP-31B based on A:B=1:4 and consumption at 0.3 kg/m2, add appropriate quartz sand at 0.45 kg/m2, stir well and then apply the mixture. After the undercoat becomes dry(24 hours at 25℃), grind it with sanding machine and then clean the dust.

Inspection standard: Not sticky to hand, no softening, no nail print if scratch on the surface.

4.  Putty layer: Mix CP-31 A and CP-31B based on A:B=1:4 and consumption at 0.2 kg/m2, add appropriate quartz powder at 0.2 kg/m2, stir well and then apply the mixture. After the putty layer becomes dry(24 hours at 25℃), grind it with sanding machine and then clean the dust.

Inspection standard: Not sticky to hand, no softening, no nail print if scratch on the surface.

5.  Top coat: Mix CP-9000A and CP-9000B based on A:B=1:5 and then apply the mixture with roller or spray gun at 0.3 kg/m2. The recoat time is 24 hours (25℃).

6.    Maintenance: 5-7 days. Don’t use or wash by water and other chemicals.

 

Application Notes:

1.    The given pot life is based on 5kg ingredients. It will shorten with increased ingredients and temperature.

2.    The application environment should be clean, dry and dustless. Control the ventilation properly during application to avoid imperfect coating performance caused by impurities.

3.    Application temperature >10℃and relative humidity <85%

 

Storage:

Seal the can tightly and store in a cool, well-ventilated place. Avoid damp, sunlight exposure and freezing.

Clean up:

Clean tools and equipments first with paper towels, then clean the tools with clean water before the paint hardens.
